Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

Convenient parking and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with beautiful river view. Strong water pressure and hot showers. Comfy beds.

We appreciated location and staff here. The rooms with balcony, three beds, for example. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like La piperna that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Its staff and atmosphere were pleasant that's why I thoroughly enjoyed the place. I was offered an adequate breakfast for the price.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Friendly staff, beautiful river view, renovated rooms and small bathrooms, old painted ceilings. No breakfast tried but heard good food. Pleasant neighborhood and easy walk to tourist sites, cafes, and restaurants. Wonderful Florentine hospitality from the attentive staff. Comfortable attic room with a true Italian vibe and rooftop terrace. Quick response to maintenance issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions in this city. I was able to easily explore the center of Florence from here. the hotel was situated in a nice and peaceful neighborhood right in front of the beautiful Arno river. It provided a lovely backdrop for my stay. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially Nicoletta were really nice to assist me. Not only did she provide useful information about getting around the city and popular sights, but she even helped me mail my postcards when I ran out of time. The customer service here was really good.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee, juice, yogurt, eggs. the hotel provided free WiFi and had a mini-fridge in the room.

There were some noise disturbances from other guests due to thin walls.

The hotel also had a beautiful interior, especially the spacious hall on each floor. The room we stayed in was large and had comfortable beds. We also appreciated the fact that the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the hotel provided a pleasant experience during our Christmas vacation.

One of the downsides of our stay at the hotel was its location. It was quite far from the city center, that we had to take taxis to get to the main attractions.

This hotel truly captures the essence of Italian charm with its lovely 'Roman Style' ceilings and ceiling painted beautifully to resemble the 14th century. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Additionally, the location is fantastic, situated on the main street near the river with good restaurants just a stone's throw away. It's also conveniently in the centre of town, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

The only small aspect that could be improved was the breakfast. Although it offered a variety of choices, it was not included in the price and came at a very high cost.
